1. Services

1.1 We provide professional catch and relocation services for snakes, lizards and possums (‘animal’) within the entire Sydney region.

1.2 The services are provided to assist in removing the animal from residential, commercial, and public properties. We aim to ensure the safety of both the animal and the property’s occupants.

1.3 Our team is certified, trained, and experienced in snake, lizard and possum handling and relocation.

2. Booking & Response Time

2.1 Booking requests for snake removal can be made by phone or via email.

2.2 We strive to respond to all requests as quickly as possible. However, we do not guarantee a specific response time and shall not be held liable for any delays.

2.3 Emergency service availability is dependent on our current capacity and location.

3. Fees and Payments

3.1. Our fees are provided at the time of booking and may vary depending on the type of service, location, time of day, and complexity of the job.

3.2 All payments must be made immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.

3.3 We reserve the right to charge additional fees if the service requires additional time, resources, or transportation beyond normal circumstances.

3.4 Callout fees remain constant regardless of whether the animal(s) is caught or not.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Clients must provide accurate details about the snake sighting, location, and property access to help us deliver an efficient service.

4.2 You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the premises where the animal has been sighted.

4.3 You must not attempt to handle or interact with the animal before we arrive, as this may endanger yourself and others.

5. Liability and Indemnification

5.1 While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and efficient service, we do not guarantee that the animal will not return to your property after removal.

5.2 We are not responsible for any harm or injury caused by the animal before our arrival, during our absence, or after the completion of our services.

5.3 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sydney Snakes and Wildlife Removal, its employees and contractors from any liability, loss, claim, or damage arising from the provision of our services or your breach of these Terms.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

6.1 Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing a minimum of 2 hours notice.

6.2 If a booking is cancelled without proper notice, a cancellation fee may apply.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services. We will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.

8. Governing Law
